• Iterating on Cleo Smart Skills — closing the trainer feedback loop, tightening the threading heuristic, shipping the next round of curator-queue improvements.
• Continuous configuration of the internal Slack helper— new skills, refined MCP scopes, evaluating routing failures from the week's logs.
• Generative research into the next product surface for an AI-native financial assistant. Mostly interviews and concept testing right now.

Personal

• Pushing the Inscryption agent to a demo-able state. Currently working on the deck-evaluation function and the ascension-vs-rest decision policy.
• Scoping the intersectional decision-support tool. Theoretical framing is solid; prototype shape is the next decision.
• Reading: The Major Transitions in Evolution(Maynard Smith & Szathmáry); recent papers on agent foundations and evaluation.

Looking for

A senior user-research role at a team building self-improving AI systems. Open to relocating to the US.
